Website information
This website provides product, pricing, documentation, and professional services information for Zimphony Webmail. It is not a customer portal, license server, or checkout system.
Product boundary
Zimphony Webmail is an on-premises Docker webmail layer for Zimbra deployments. It is not a mail server, not a Zimbra replacement, and not a mail-data migration product.
Third-party platforms
Zimbra remains the customer-operated mail backend. Google Connect customers provide and manage their own Google account or subscription entitlement, Google Cloud project, OAuth credentials, API access and configuration, and required Google approval or consent configuration.
Public content
Website content is provided for general product evaluation and may change as product packaging, compatibility, documentation, and commercial terms are updated. Formal purchase, license, support, and service terms are governed by the applicable agreement or invoice, not by general website copy.
Support & Update
Paid Zimphony licenses are perpetual. Support & Update renewal is optional, and the licensed software continues to operate if Support & Update expires. Covered support and access to eligible software updates require active Support & Update. Annual renewal is priced at 25% of the then-current licensed edition and capacity price. If Support & Update has lapsed, reinstatement requires the outstanding annual renewal fees for the missed coverage period. Each missed year is calculated at 25% of the then-current licensed edition and capacity price. This keeps reinstatement fair for customers who renew continuously. Once the missed period reaches four years, the accumulated reinstatement cost equals the price of a current new license, so customers should purchase a current new license instead.
No unsupported claims
Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, this website does not grant certifications, service levels, warranties, partner status, Google approval, Zimbra ownership, or rights to redistribute Zimphony software.
